1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@globalasicminer.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or operated ASIC miners
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom orders or bulk purchases
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorization
